Can I try this without committing?
Yes. Our free tier lets you create a festival with up to 10 participants and 3 classes. No credit card required. Take as long as you need to explore.
You can invite coordinators and treasurers to poke around. Test the participant registration flow. Export some reports. See if it feels right.
Will existing users need to create new accounts?
No. AllegroReg uses email-based sign-in - there are no accounts to create or passwords to set up.
Parents simply enter their email address to sign in. They'll receive a sign-in code and they're in. No passwords to remember, no password reset emails, no friction.
This is especially valuable for festivals where parents only log in once a year. They won't remember a password from 12 months ago - and now they don't have to.

- Configure your registration settings

What happens after this year?
Copy everything, start fresh. At the end of each festival season, you can duplicate your class structure for next year. Participants create new entries (or you can import returning participants).
Your historical data stays accessible. You can run year-over-year reports. Nothing gets deleted unless you want it deleted.
What if I change my mind?
Export everything. Your data is yours. You can export participant lists, entry data, and financial records in standard formats (CSV, PDF) at any time.
We don't lock you in. If AllegroReg isn't right for you, you can leave with all your data.
Your data is secure
AllegroReg is built on modern, secure infrastructure. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment processor used by Amazon, Lyft, and thousands of other companies. We never see or store credit card numbers.
