Who pays, and why

We designed our pricing to remove barriers for festival organizers while keeping the platform sustainable.

  • Organizers pay nothing upfront. No setup fees, no subscriptions, no monthly costs. Start for free with Prelude, and only pay when you're ready to accept payments.
  • Participants cover the service fee. On the Presto plan, a 4.5% fee (minimum $2) is added at checkout, clearly displayed before payment. Your registration fees go directly to you.
  • Security included at no extra cost. Every plan includes free SSL certificates, email confirmations, and automated scheduling. Some competitors charge extra for these basics.
